Traveling through and staying at a hotel nearby, we tried this place for a plain cheese pie. Was VERY good! The next week on our return drive, we detoured to stop here again. A winner both times.

Stopped on our way out of town and saw good reviews for pizza which my husband was craving. We stopped in and each got a small salad and did a pivot and shared a calzone that was perfect for two and delicious. What a perfect meal with no leftovers and the right amount of food. The salad came out super quick and the calzone was made fresh but just make sure to get sauce for each because that made the dish! Try it! We will be back for the pizza another time.

I am staying close by and after a day of hiking I wanted to get a pie to go. I ordered the special. Really cute, nice gal working the register. Ordered and walked around for a few minutes and my pie was ready. Really good. Loaded with the works. You are not going to get a really crispy pizza crust with these many toppings, but it is good and I would recommend for the pizza. They had specials on a board outside like lasagna. Seemed nice and clean with a lot of booths to sit if you want to dine in. Unless you are a pizza snob, this place works nicely! Good, fast, friendly service too. I would go back for sure.
We are traveling after getting to our hotel and reading the bad reviews for Applebee's we decided to order delivery the front desk recommended Domino's. I put my order in and after 25 minutes I looked at the status, our wait time was 100 -120 minutes more. I canceled the found this pizza place ordered & picked up 20 minutes. Great service and very good pizza. So happy to use a local business.
I am a pizza snob, which developed from living in NYC. There is so much bad pizza outside NY/NJ with flavorless puffy crust and rubbery cheese that I had no hopes of finding a good pizza joint in Central VA. My search is over! I have found my slice of pizza heaven at RBC Pizza. I've had their pizza and garlic knots several times and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. Sometimes I can't wait to get home and dig into the knots right away-so garlicky and yum! The pizza is always crisp on the bottom and the sauce has a great tomato flavor without a ton of unnecessary herbs and the best part is, the sauce is NOT SWEET!!! I judge any Italian place - whether it's a high end restaurant or a basic pizza place by the quality of their sauce, and this is a 9.5/10*. If you're looking for fantastic NY style pizza, don't miss my go-to, RBC Pizza! (*my 10/10 sauce is Buon Appettito in Chantilly).
